![]() ![]() ![]() On a roll of 5+, the Team Mascot re-roll can be used, just like a normal team re-roll. However, you may use a normal team re-roll instead. The Team Mascot re-roll is lost for this half of the game. If you don't use all that they have to offer, there's a risk that it feels too complicated and frustrating rather than silly and fun. On a roll of 1-4, the Team Mascot proves ineffective and, pelted by food wrappers and worse, retreats to the locker room. ![]() They are essentially meant to provide alternative, fun ways to play with almost a different set of rules. The issue is that stunties are designed to work with additional inducements like starplayers or the half chef. If you want ridiculous things to happen without the need to learn many rules, you can as well play skaven vs. Most teams can be played in a fun way (except dwarf?), especially agi teams. If there's a blood bath, chances are that it will be very one sided with a snowball effect.ģ/ In blood bowl, playing non-stunties doesn't mean that you have to play serious. They also have a lot of different positionals to keep track of.Ģ/ It's not necessarily going to be a blood bath, because both teams will have a hard time hitting each other (because of dodge everywhere, and really stupid/take root on big guys). Snotlings are much trickier because you need to understand the bribery system, bombardier, disposable and a lot of skills like sprint, sidestep or juggernaut, in addition to just throwing a team mate which is enough (but important!) to play halflings (well it's better if you foul too, but the fouling rules aren't very hard). Halflings are the easier ones in this situation so let the less experienced coach play them. 1/ The issue with stunties for beginners isn't necessarily that they don't win, it's that you need to understand and use more rules than for the other teams. ![]()
